Mah Sing's Phase 2A Carya @ M Aruna Hits 90% Take Up During Weekend Launch; Phase 2B Open For Sales

Mah Sing Group Bhd’s (Mah Sing) held its official property launch for Phase 2A of Carya @ M Aruna, Rawang over the weekend, comprising 106 units which achieved a 90% take up. Following the positive response, Phase 2B of Carya is now open for sales, with 86 units up for grabs.

The exceptional take up was met following the strong demand and unique value propositions as the township features various facilities within a rich green living environment. Visitors were captivated by the vicinity and living space for themselves, especially with the newly built Carya’s show unit throughout the two-day weekend event.

As at 30 September 2020, Mah Sing managed to achieve property sales of approximately RM847.1 million and is on track to achieve its RM1.1 billion sales target this year. The M Aruna township spans across 96.71 acres of land with a gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM520 million, while GDV for M Aruna Phase 2 is approximately RM129 million for 192 units.

Existing single 2-lane road to be expanded, provide improved accessibility to nearby amenities

In addition, M Aruna will see the existing Jalan Desa be upgraded from a single 2-way lane road to a double 2-way lane road. The 1.4km long road will provide convenience and improved accessibility to various public amenities nearby, benefiting the surrounding community as well as to cater the anticipated traffic in the future.
