It is indeed much appreciated to receive support from private developers such as Mah Sing in their continuous effort to launch more products in the affordable segment. I understand that the starting price of M Adora is below RM500, 000, which is in line with the current market demand. I look forward to see more private developers venture into affordable housing to support the government in our pursuit to cater to the needs of the Rakyat today – particularly first time home buyers to own their ideal home.”
Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum said, “The launch of the M Adora sales gallery marks another milestone for the Group, as this concludes the official unveiling of all three new lands that we acquired last year. Our rapid speed in planning and marketing the new developments is in line with our quick turnaround model and augers well for our growth strategy. We will continue to look out for prime landbank in strategic locations with high connectivity and accessibility for affordably priced products with quality facilities to cater to the current and future market demand.”
“The second half of 2020 is definitely an ideal period for home buyers to secure their dream home as the government has reintroduced the Home Ownership Campaign, which is beneficial to the property sector. The multiple rounds of Overnight Policy Rate cut to a record low of 1.75% has also made it more affordable to own a home now. We expect these incentives to continue promoting home ownership and upgrade of homes, and boost the momentum for the unveiling of M Adora,” Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum elaborated.
Other than leveraging on the HOC and property friendly incentives announced by the Government, M Adora’s home buyers can also benefit from HouzKEY, offered via a collaboration with Maybank Islamic under Mah Sing’s ‘Eazy to Own’ campaign. This innovative home financing solution enables them to own their ideal home today with easy entry and low monthly instalments.
The grand opening kicked off with a ribbon cutting ceremony and a customary lion dance performance to usher in good luck and prosperity, followed by a project presentation and a sales gallery tour for the guests. Embracing the new normal, all the guests practiced social distancing during the launch ceremony and also adhered to the standard operating procedures required during the Recovery Movement Control Order.
M Adora Sales Gallery is located at Jalan Wangsa Delima 1A, Wangsa Maju, merely 1.2km from the actual project site. Echoing M Adora’s concept, the sales gallery is designed with contemporary urban sanctuary elements, meeting the expectations of modern homebuyers.
