Public rental housing applicants advised to update application information

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has called on members of the public who applied for People’s Housing Project (PPR) and Public Housing (PA) rented units between 1998 and 2018 to update their application information online in the next three months – starting 1 September to 30 November.

This comes as some of the details in their application information need to be updated and uploaded, such as the identity card, marital status, income, family members, residence and information on people with disabilities as well as property, reported Bernama.

“Applicants who fail to update their information will be categorised as ‘inactive’ and their applications will not be processed other than considered (they) are no longer interested,” said DBKL in a statement as quoted by Bernama.
