TSLAW Land Recorded 90 Percent Take Up For Skyline KL

Property development company TSLAW Land announced today that their Skyline KL apartment suites project has achieved 90 percent take up, casting a strong foray into the Kuala Lumpur city centre property scene.

The company has officially opened its Sales Gallery, located at Level 1, Wisma IAV, to the public recently.

TSLAW Land Executive Director Law Wai Cheong said, “The response for Skyline KL has been overwhelming. We are grateful for the support and positive feedback garnered from the market. Look around in our gallery, we are absolutely delighted with what we have crafted together.”

Situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, this transit-oriented development is directly linked to Pudu LRT station, granting easy access to the TRX Financial Hub, KL 118 Tower and both Pavilion and KLCC shopping centres. The project is scheduled for completion in 2026.

“The project will be the latest addition to continue Pudu’s storied history and heritage. In revitalising the area’s landscape and vibe, we envision the beginning of a progressive urban regeneration. The residents of our apartment suites will experience vibrant and thriving spaces that they will take part in transforming.” Law said.

Prices of Skyline KL units start from approximately RM360,000, ranging in sizes between 480 and 1,080 sq ft The project has a gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM1.2 billion, promoting affordable luxury in the centre of Kuala Lumpur.

“Skyline KL is designed with four towers and offers five types of practical layouts. With these finely crafted homes along with the project’s superb location and facilities, this project promises a convenient lifestyle. It offers young urbanites a genuine ‘affordable luxury’ opportunity, this property is unlike any other residential development in this charming part of the city.” Law said.

Residents will have access to over 50 exclusive facilities spread over three levels which includes; two 50-metre length swimming pools, multipurpose hall incorporating three badminton courts, four BBQ decks and multiple pavilions.

For carb-burning activities, there is a 4,000 sq ft gym area and also a 660-metre jogging track to work out.

Skyline KL has many unique features, which includes the Automated Waste Collection System to provide more convenience. There is also Magdrain Floor Trap system in all the units which mitigate bad odour incidents and insect intrusion.

In the wake of COVID-19, it is imperative to reduce surface contact therefore Skyline KL is designed with motion sensor lift call buttons and Air Touch level buttons to allow contactless use of elevators.
