SkyWorld Conducts Industry Briefing And Hosts Site Visit For Local Government Development Minister

KUALA LUMPUR, 22 March – City developer SkyWorld Development Berhad (“SkyWorld”) welcomed YB Nga Kor Ming, the Local Government Development Minister for an industry briefing and site visit to the company’s Quality Centre and SkyAwani 3 Residences on Wednesday, March 22nd.

During the briefing, SkyWorld shared the company’s vision for sustainable urban growth and showcased their innovative approach to urban planning. The briefing provided an opportunity for SkyWorld to collaborate with the Local Government Development Minister to discuss key priorities for urban development in Malaysia.

The Minister and his delegations were given a guided tour to SkyAwani 3 Residences at Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. The project is part of SkyWorld’s Awani series, which offers affordable homes to Malaysians under the Residensi Wilayah programme.

After the project tour, the Minister visited the SkyWorld Quality Centre – first-of-its-kind in Malaysia that acts as a quality benchmark for all SkyWorld developments and showcasing the compliant and non-compliant workmanships. The centre signifies SkyWorld’s commitments to QLASSIC (Quality Assessment System in Construction) standard developed by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) in Malaysia.

SkyAwani 3 Residences is designed to provide comfortable and practical living spaces for families, and offers over 20 full-fledged recreational facilities that promote healthy lifestyle for residents such as swimming pool, gym, bubble jet jacuzzi, basketball court, sky garden, multipurpose hall, children’s playground amongst others. All units are priced at RM300,000 with 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom.
