Bon Estates, a leading property developer, celebrated a night of gratitude and camaraderie with homeowners at their flagship project, The Estate South Bangsar, on September 9th, 2023.
The event marked a significant milestone in the enduring relationship between Bon Estates and its valued homeowners.
During the event, Group CEO Goh Soo Sing expressed his elation at witnessing his vision for The Estate come to fruition. He noted the heart-warming stories of friendships that have blossomed among neighbours, underlining the development of a vibrant and sustainable community.
CEO Chan Jin-wy emphasised Bon Estates’ core belief that everyone deserves to live better. He proudly announced that The Estate is now fully sold and currently boasts a 70% occupancy rate, with an appreciation value exceeding 60%. This remarkable success story further fuels the company’s unwavering commitment to crafting exceptional homes for all.
The evening’s programme was a spectacle of entertainment, featuring mesmerising light shows and a spectacular pyrotechnic display. Homeowners were treated to a sumptuous spread of canapés and a live BBQ station.
In honor of the mooncake festival, a custom-baked, three-foot-diameter mooncake symbolising unity and solidarity was presented to the homeowners.
Bon Estates was joined by esteemed brand partners Porsche Malaysia and Remy Martin, enhancing the evening’s festivities. The event also saw special appearances by Asia’s Top 50 bartender, David Hans, and renowned music DJs Terrence C and Daaliyah.
Acknowledging the furry members of The Estate’s community, a grooming truck was specially arranged, offering pampering sessions for beloved pets. This gesture exemplified the inclusivity and warmth that define life at The Estate.
