KUALA LUMPUR — Bangsar Hill Park Development Sdn Bhd (“BHP Development”) has topped out Verdura, which is Phase 1 of the Bangsar Hill Park residential condominium, on August 1, with the project achieving a 99% take-up rate.

Launched in 2020 with an estimated gross development value (“GDV”) of RM961 million, Verdura, which comprises Blocks D and E is the first phase of Bangsar Hill Park that is suited along Bangsar’s Lorong Maarof. This project is a collaboration between Sunsuria Berhad and Suez Capital Sdn Bhd. Spanning two 57-storey towers, Verdura’s built-ups range from 917 sq ft to 1,478 sq ft.

“The topping out ceremony is significant as it makes the completion of Bangsar Hill Park’s first phase, and a step closer to realising our vision of developing homes that embody innovation, community, and sustainability. Like an oasis of calm and relaxation, Bangsar Hill Park represents a new era of high-rise living, offering a breath of fresh air to the mature neighbourhood of Bangsar,” said Sunsuria Berhad chief project officer Wong Chiew Meng.

Currently, Tower D and Tower E are 88% and 77% completed respectively, with handover for Phase 1 expected by Q2 2025.

“Launched during the pandemic in 2020, Verdura has achieved an impressive 99% take-up rate. The high demand reflects the relevance of our unique development concept, practical layouts, design features, lifestyle facilities, attractive price points, and Bangsar’s strategic location,” Wong added.

Designed with urban resort living in mind, Bangsar Hill Park’s Verdura has the largest facilities deck among high-rise residences in Bangsar, showcasing BHP Development’s aim to enhance the lives of residents. Among the facilities in Verdura include a spa pool, badminton court, jogging path, and gourmet kitchen.

Strategically located in the heart of Bangsar, Bangsar Hill Park ensures unparalleled connectivity and urban convenience, with easy access to major expressways, as well as proximity to the Bank Rakyat-Bangsar LRT station.

Following the positive response to Verdura, BHP Develop launched Bangsar Hill Park’s Phase 2, Talisa, in January.

With a GDV of RM1.1 billion, the Talisa comprises Block B and C, with built-up sizes ranging from 917 sq ft to 1,478 sq ft, at selling prices starting from RM914,000. Currently, Block C units are available for sale.

“Looking ahead, we are excited for the future of Phase 2 Talisa. Embracing the essence of urban resort living, Talisa will offer an exclusive lifestyle with only 8 units per floor for a sense of privacy and tranquility,” said Wong.

Drawing inspiration from serene waters, Talisa is designed to encourage rest and wellness, with facilities such as a semi-indoor Olympic-length swimming pool, kids’ waterplay area, whirlpool, and floating platform.

Other innovative features at Talisa include the Sunsuria Care Hub that provides onsite healthcare services, and a dedicated pet-friendly rooftop catering to residents with furry companions.

Demonstrating a commitment to reducing its carbon footprint, Talisa is a GreenRE Silver-certified development, with eco-friendly features that promote a sustainable living environment.
