A functioning urban farm, a farm to table café and a studio space for workshops and presentations are the three main components of the park.
Apart from the natural attractions, there is a wide array of eateries, shopping and entertainments, suitable for family time or a hang out with friends. Eateries in the city include Bakers Garden, Starbucks, TreeSea by 3C Café, Jom @ Anjung, La Strada, Absolute Thai, Coffee Valley and many more. Some of the famous tourist attraction spots include LEGOLAND Malaysia, Sanrio Hello Kitty Town and Puteri Harbour. There are a few places where residents can get their groceries and those places include Gourment Trails Marketplace & Deli, Jaya Grocer, Harvest Fine Food as well as the Green Market and Farm Stand in the Edible Park. Shopping malls in Iskandar Puteri include Sunway Big Box Retail Park, Mall of Medini, Paradigm Mall and many more.
In terms of education, EduCity is a 600-acre educational area that houses numerous universities and those universities include University of Southampton Malaysia Campus, Newcastle University Medicine Malaysia, University of Reading, University of Technology Malaysia and many more.
