Good Facilities & Safe, Gated Community V
The place has a full set of amenities: pool (and wading pool), gym, tennis court, jacuzzi, sauna, nursery — plenty for downtime or staying active. It's also a gated, guarded building with 24-hour security, which gives a sense of safety and privacy. For the price and neighbourhood, it feels like a balanced condo option.
