Upon entering the rather large Showroom lobby at the Welton Deveopment Sdn Bhd Sales Gallery I was awed by the detailed model of the three towers at 40, 43 and 46 storeys in height.

The Level 30 amazing looking Sky Bridge is most certainly an “eye-catcher” and an unique feature of this upmarket development. Then we have the wonderfully lush green setting for Podium Level 4 where most of the facilities are located along with yet another breathtaking feature, Heaven’s Crest rising around 80 metres from Podium Level 4.

This is one of the largest units available at 1, 496 sq.ft. for sale at Green Haven and what a suite it turned out to be.
