As I walked into the Sales Gallery at Jalan Larkin I was greeted by friendly sales staff and was more or less standing in front of a very well defined model featuring all the Four Towers, Winter, Spring, Autumn and Summer making up the four seasons, hence its name. As explained by one sales staff a total of 506 units are offered in Phase 1 and 518 units are offered in Phase 2.
The Phase 1 of Seasons Luxury Apartments comes with 685 sq ft to 1,195 sf built-up, meanwhile the built-up of Phase 2 varies between 853 sq ft and 1,286 sq ft built-up.
A total of six layouts are offered, whereby Type A comes with 1,195 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; Type B has 1,232 sq ft built-up with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; Type B1 built-up 1,052 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; Type C has 1,286 sq ft built-up with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; Type D has 1,191 sq ft built-up with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; Type E has 853 sq ft built-up with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As it stands, Towers A and B have almost sold out with only around 20 units left to purchase being mainly of the Type B1 units. As I mentioned previously, Tower C is now open for sale.
Freebies: All cabinets, Sanitary Appliances, 1 Aircon Unit, Sinks and Cookers/Cooking Hoods are all provided free. And yes, only one aircon is provided but there again, bear in mind the relatively low cost to purchase one of these units.
In conclusion, everything is well laid out unit-wise and easy to comprehend.
