PARAGON 3, by Paragon Mastery Sdn Bhd, is the first boutique condominium in Seri Kembangan. PARAGON 3 ─ the first highrise development for Paragon Mastery and the first boutique condominium in Seri Kembangan ─ has, as its name suggests, three towers. Tower A is 20 storeys tall, Tower B is also 20 storeys tall while Tower C is 18 storeys tall.
All three towers surround 26 facilities. These facilities are:
The facilities as listed here range from the Double Storey Guardhouse to a Rock Garden to Floating Cabanas on an Infinity Pool and a 4-Storey high Waterfall to Alfresco Concept Poolside Cafeteria to a Kindergarten and Reading and Games Room.
If you are wondering what Facility Number 2 is, the picture above depicts it ─ a Grand Fountain when you enter past the Guardhouse to your home to bid you an auspicious home coming.
There are altogether 456 units with built-ups ranging from 1445sq ft to 3101sq ft. Some come with sizable Private Gardens but all come with private lifts that serve 2 units only, accessible through a security card where the lift opens only on your side of the unit. The private lift is quite a highpoint of PARAGON 3 as the developer believes that privacy is today’s most treasured attributes. Therefore, it is offering it in abundance.

The space given free, which stretches from one end to the other, is the area between the lift and the unit’s entrance/main door. What you see in this picture is not all there is to this extra space. Depending on the size of the unit, the foyer has enough space to put in a walk-in shoe closet for the entire family (as you will see later in a video below), including space to sit, relax, maybe even have a coffee while waiting for the lift. As this is not a common corridor, no one else will be sharing this space with the unit’s owner. Therefore, it is your very own private foyer.

To offer individuality, there are as many as 20 different floor plans to choose from. However, not all will be shown here in this review. Do go to the Paragon 3 website linked here to view them all. The units denoted with the alphabet ‘G’ come with their own private garden.
The smallest units with garden is Type Cg at 1574sq ft while the largest one is Type B1g at 3101sq ft. So there you have it ─ Private Garden and Private Lift. The private gardens are huge. Some units come with two gardens! Front and back. Have a look at the floor plans below which also show the location of the unit on the tower.

The entrance to the unit is located right in the centre of the hall. This layout is generally uniform throughout all the units, despite the high number of unit types and different built-ups. On the left would be the Living area and on the right would be the kitchen.

Getting to PARAGON Show Gallery/Village via Persiaran Kota Perdana
From the LDP from Puchong, keep left to turn into Seri Kembangan.
Once you turn left, you will be on Jalan Putra Permai where 02 Residences @ 02 City will be on your left with The Atmosphere’s shop offices on your right further up. When on Jalan Putra Permai, keep left to turn into Persiaran Kota Perdana.
This is what you will see if you have turned left into Persiaran Kota Perdana. 02 City will be on your left.
Persiaran Kota Perdana is a long and quiet road. Just carry on straight to the end of the road. Along the way you will pass by the developer’s earlier developments.
At the end of Persiaran Kota Perdana, there will be a T-junction where you will no longer be able to go further. Turn left and enter Persiaran Lestari Puchong and you will see the Show Village. You will also see PARAGON 3.
You will know that you have arrived when you see this structure ─ PARAGON 3. It is opposite the Show Gallery.

Paragon Mastery Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1996 and is wholly owned by Ratusan Digital Sdn Bhd. Although the company is young, Paragon believes that the general public deserves more when purchasing properties as this represents the greatest expense they can make in their lifetime but available properties are usually similar in design and layout.
Bearing this in mind, Paragon strives to produce modern and innovative features when planning new projects while maintaining an eye on costs.
Which is why Paragon’s products come with quality materials, polished workmanship and well-planned homes that offer maximum space usage.
Paragon’s maiden projects are located in Puchong South; the first phase was
called PARAGON 202 and was completed in 2010. Subsequent phases
comprising PARAGON 129 and PARAGON 93 have been completed in 2013. PARAGON 150 is about to be completed while PARAGON 3 will be completed by the end of the year.

To this end, PARAGON 150 as well as PARAGON 3 meet all the criterion they have benchmarked for themselves. There is obvious understanding towards the demand for comfortable, livable, beautiful yet practical living spaces and the workmanship spells of the finest in the area.
