PARAGON 3, by Paragon Mastery Sdn Bhd, is the first boutique condominium in Seri Kembangan. The three-towered, 456-unit low-density development situated in the key growth area of Puchong South ─ otherwise known as the Southern Golden Triangle of Puchong, Seri Kembangan and Putrajaya ─ offers resort-style living reminiscent of a tropical paradise filled with lush greenery and a spectacular four-storey waterfall.

PARAGON 3 ─ the first highrise development for Paragon Mastery and the first boutique condominium in Seri Kembangan ─ has, as its name suggests, three towers.  Tower A is 20 storeys tall, Tower B is also 20 storeys tall while Tower C is 18 storeys tall.

There are altogether 456 units with built-ups ranging from 1445sq ft to 3101sq ft. To offer individuality, there are as many as 20 different floor plans to choose from. However, not all will be shown here in this review. Do go to the Paragon 3 website linked here to view them all. The units denoted with the alphabet ‘G’ come with their own private garden.

The smallest units with garden is Type Cg at 1574sq ft while the largest one is Type B1g at 3101sq ft. So there you have it ─ Private Garden and Private Lift. The private gardens are huge. Some units come with two gardens! Front and back. Have a look at the floor plans below which also show the location of the unit on the tower.

Paragon Mastery Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1996 and is wholly owned by Ratusan Digital Sdn Bhd.   • Maximising the use of eco-friendly, environmentally responsible materials and accessories
  • Using quality accessories
  • Achieving equilibrium between internal living spaces and outdoor areas
  • Emphasizing quality finishing in their products

To this end, PARAGON 150 as well as PARAGON 3 meet all the criterion they have benchmarked for themselves. Both products are aesthetically appealing and display some of the most imaginative and artistic designs ever. There is obvious understanding towards the demand for comfortable, livable, beautiful yet practical living spaces and the workmanship spells of the finest in the area.

PARAGON 3 surpasses the mark as one of the most luxurious condominiums in the area, yet its pricing is comparative to those not providing half as much.
