I'm Johanizam Mustakim (Johan), an experienced professional and an aspiring property agent (real estate negotiator) in Malaysia. I've dabbled into the property industry for the better flexibility and financial rewards the industry offers.
Armed with a degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, I hope to leverage on my wealth of experience in related industries and bring a unique viewpoint to the table for the benefit of my colleagues and clients alike. "Ambition is enthusiasm with a purpose", " as the saying goes. As such, I hope to master the real estate business and be a successful REN within a year.
For the community, I hope to motivate youngsters to buy properties at a young age & try to help as many people as I can to navigate through the process of buying a home. During my free time, I enjoy selling online as a hobby. Besides being a consultant for my clients, I actively share insightful knowledge and know-how related to the growing property market on my social media pages.
If had to describe myself, I'd say I'm an approachable person that's willing to go the extra mile to close the deal and act in the best interests of my clients.
