Josie Lim is a Sabah-based property professional, investor and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience across property, valuation, development and business. Her professional journey includes working with established organisations such as Sunway Group, Mah Sing and Tokio Marine Life Insurance, Watsons Malaysia, as well as experience with property valuation firm Azmi & Co., giving her a strong foundation in understanding property value, market fundamentals and development potential.
As a property investor and business owner, Josie evaluates opportunities from an investment perspective — looking beyond the property itself to consider location, market demand, development potential, income generation, exit opportunities and long-term value. Her experience owning and operating franchises also gives her practical insight into business cash flow and commercial viability.
Currently on her journey towards becoming a licensed Estate Agent, Josie focuses on connecting investors with residential, commercial, development land and strategic property opportunities across Sabah, providing practical, commercially minded insights to support informed investment decisions.
