He envisioned the limitation in his career path and growth in the employment and was desirous for a breakthrough. He was in pursuit for a more monetary rewarding career and yet allows him full flexibility and mobility to work in his own directions and strategies. He then discovered the real estate profession and never look back. Having started at a young age and without much commitments, he was privileged to have learned the different perspectives in managing and running a business as an entrepreneur and an investor as well. Moving forward, he and his partner, Tim Wong, has jointly established their team known as the Glow Division which believes in strong fundamental of right core value and vision through good training, culture and teamwork spirit. Kevin has also completed his Diploma in Estate Management and will be registering as a Probationary Estate Agent for 2 years and thereafter as a Registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia.
