Leon Lee is a real estate negotiator with Kommons Realty in Kuala Lumpur, helping investors find and secure properties with real long-term potential.
Born and raised in Malaysia, Leon spent over eight years studying and working in the United States, where he earned his BFA from Art Center College of Design and built a career as a Visual Development Artist and Illustrator. That time abroad gave him an easy, natural way of working with clients from different backgrounds, and a broader view of how people around the world think about property and value.
His years as a artist taught him how to manage client expectations, deliver on deadlines, and negotiate for what matters. He also brings a trained eye for space, layout, and design, so he can see what a property could become, not just what it is today.
New to real estate, Leon puts in the extra hours to research each property, answer every question thoroughly, and treat each client's investment as carefully as his own.
