About myself: I spent over 20 years of my life in the corporate world working my way up the corporate world in different MNCs and foreign companies serving senior high ranking bosses such as CEO, Chairman, Group Managing Director, Regional Director in the capacity as Senior Secretary/Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant until I ventured into real estate business about 5 years ago. In my last profession prior to being a Real Estate Negotiator, I was working close to 2 years as an outsourced Account cum Tenancy Manager for a huge international Oil & Gas company called Talisman located in Malaysia, in charge of about 60 expatriate clients who were employed by the company to work in Malaysia. I also handled Alstom, Baker Hughes (both Oil and Gas companies) clients as well on a smaller scale. My clients came from different countries like United States, United Kingdom, France, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong and Vietnam. My previous company services included arranging home search, schooling requirements for their kids, cultural orientation and familiarization about living in Malaysia. My scope of work is very detailed, this even included signing them up for defence driving familiarization on the road in Malaysia and organizing a security check for the entire property they live in - like a security audit for the property.
