- I am in this real estate industry since 2013- 2014. - I was in new development/ projects mainly in Klang Valley and was a project lead for a project in Kampar, Ipoh. - For the past years, I've explored into F&B, Social Media Marketing as well as working in Sales & Marketing for a property developer. Eventually I was in the company's management team and participated their Client Consultant Meeting for upcoming projects at that time. - Since 2023, I've decided to focus in Secondary Real Estate Market, took my license and attached with an agency called Esprit Estate Agent Sdn Bhd (Mont Kiara Branch) You may wonder what are my strength as a real estate agent or what makes me different from others. Here are some of the values I hold them close to my chest. 1) Integrity/ Honesty; Many often remark that I am a person of high integrity on our first meeting, I intend to keep it that way. 2) Punctuality; This cannot be emphasized enough, even to qualify as a professional agent. 3) Responsible; I have clients from overseas already entrusted me and my team member with their properties in Malaysia. 4) Responsive 5) High EQ; dealing with a business which is heavily linked with human interaction, this is why I've constantly training myself to be able to handle any sort of situations calmly. 6) Man with a dream; Let's be honest here.. money is very important, it is one of the motivation why most of us jumped into this industry; but my core values is priceless. I value my reputation and my relationship with clients and owners more. I am not here for a short term gain, but to forge a long term one.
