Having completed his internship program with the Sunway Group, he realized that the ordinary, routine working life is not what his heart yearns for as he wanted more time flexibility and mobility. Tim also has a greater desire for all beautiful houses he sets his eyes on and it was that burning passion in him that ultimately led him into the real estate profession.Indeed the first 2 years into the business was a true struggle and a steep learning curve to endure due to the lack of experience, knowledge and of course, limited savings to sustain himself. Being young and with no prior sales experiences, he strived hard to gain his customers’ confidence to entrust him with their million dollar worth of properties to sell or rent. Hard work and persistency were his only bullets to sustain in this highly competitive industry. He also understood the magnitude of providing excellent customer service in order to achieve customer satisfaction and long term business referrals.The year of 2010 marks his first achievement of the company sales target and he was one of the youngest top achievers in the company. He has since then maintained his Top Achiever position until today and eventually made his 1st RM1million at the age of 29 years old. Tim was promoted to Senior Real Estate Negotiator and has become a property investor himself, too. Tim took on the challenging role of a Team Leader in 2015 and together with his partner, Kelvin Lee, they established their team known as the Glow Division recently where he generously shares his experiences and business strategies with the team mates with the vision of learning, improving and succeeding together. Amidst the hectic schedule, Tim has also completed his Diploma in Estate Management and registered as a Probationary Estate Agent for 2 years and thereafter as a Registered Estate
