Team work is Critical in ensuring that every deal is executed in the most efficient and legal way. From being a Senior Negotiator, to an Established Team Leader, I have guided and developed many Real Estate Negotiators (REN). In addition, I have completed my Diploma in Real Estate by taking the BOVAEP Part 1 and 2 examination and have a straight passed 2 years in a row. I am currently doing my 2nd year of Test of Professional Competence (TPC), which is a requirement before obtaining Real Estate Agent (REA) license. We focus on residential, commercial and industrial (factory and land) around Klang, Shah Alam, Port Klang, North Port, West Port, Pulau Carey, Telok Panglima Garang, Jenjarom and surrounding areas. My personal specializations are on all the 3 sectors (residential / commercial / industrial), hence clients will have good options and information before deciding on their next investment. I believe in servicing all segments, hence clients who are looking to upgrade for their homes or offices or industrial space, do look for me before investing, as we will provide the best options for your decision. My team believes in professionalism and we are bound by ethics and moral code that we uphold steadfastly. Therefore, most of our clients are referrals from existing ones. That is a testament of our integrity. We provide advice on real estate transactions, including the various tax-related issues, legal and any other real estate related matters so that our clients has a great experience while making a correct decision.
