毎年3ヶ月から6ヶ月なロングステイ

I am planning to view residential properties in Penang between the end of this month and November 5th. Viewings will be possible starting from the 31st.
My requirements are as follows:
- Size: Approximately 100 square meters
- Monthly rent: 130,000 to 150,000 JPY
- Amenities: Must include a gym and a balcony
- View: High-floor unit with a sea view (facing the sunset)
- Duration: Long-term stays of 3 to 6 months annually
- Preferred properties/style: Island Resort, Ferringhi Residence
- Accommodation during my visit: Parkroyal Hotel
