Can I know the responsibilities of an Owner's Agent.
I as a tenant are well aware that minor repairs of $xx should be borne by tenant. But not too sure how big is the damage. so should the owner's agent be informed before repair is done??
I had whatsapp the owner's agent since 25 Nov and had called him at least 6 times but gotten no reply from him. What should I do??
