Can the Joint Management Body of my apartment ban me from renting my unit to the tenant and ask me to vacate within 30 days saying the AGM had pass through which not allow owner to make the unit as hostel and homestay? What should I do? My agreent with tenant stil valid since September 2021 for 2 years. I am in doubt now. Please advice. Tq.
