Can the management use Sinking Fund to fund the cost of Strata Plan and/or Strata title application.
My management has proposed to use sinking fund as the JMC believe strata plan and/or strata title application is under capital expenditure.
To whom can i officially request clarification, email to COB has not seen any response.
