Dear All Agent, Lawyers, Experts,

I need your advise here..

If there any possibilities that a buyer will pay more than the amount stated in the S&P?

The reason for the above question is I am suspecting my agent did not disclose the truth selling price to me and slash my property price tremendously and the end make a huge profit > 100k.

Really need your advise here...
