We are planning on buying a freehold bumi lot in Selangor. We are non-bumi.
Property is strata title and doesn't have sekatan kepentingan.
Developer applying for bumi release and likely will get it next week.
As a buyer, will I need to reobtain consent from state authorities if I want to sell this unit to non-bumi buyer in future?
