Dear Guru, my questions are (1)can a developer start selling their new project properties before they obtain the advertising permit from the authority ? (2)If yes, what is the possible reasons for doing so ? (3)From your opinion, and as far as the buyer is concerned, do you foresee any problems in buying such properties ?
