Would appreciate if someone can share with me a standard progress payment schedule (Third Schedule) for a new Malaysian condominium/service apartment under construction. Is there a format set by HBA or REHDA that all developers need to adhere to?
Letâs say for a condominium that is 34 floors high, would the progress payment for a buyer who purchased a unit on the 30th floor different from a buyer that purchased a unit on say 5th floor?
