Dear sir, I am looking for a house either double/single storey in Bangi or Bandar Seri Putra area. The price Preferably not exceeding RM400K. However, in order to qualify my loan approval I need to sell my Townhouse at Shah Alam. The market value is around RM250K. To make it happens at the same time is quite difficult for me. (sell my home & buy new one). Hopefully you can assist me.
