Developer selling condo Bumi release lot. As a non Bumi buyer, after I buy the Bumi release lot. Next time I want to sell the condo unit to the non Bumi is it need to apply consent? I hear from my agent is no needed as the developer already done it already unless the unit sell back to Bumi then will become Bumi lot again. Hope u can answer my question.
