In my letter of offer it is stated that SPA execution will be 14days after my loan approval. My loan approved in 1st week August. However developer has put SPA on hold until further notice. Due to uncertainty of project i have requested for cancellation of booking and loan. I have received refund however rhb bank said i will be subject to 1% cancellation fee. Is this legal?
