Hello, We are 3 French students starting courses in march at UPM University. We want to rent a flat with 3 separated air conditioned bedrooms in UNIV 360. We have to book asap because we need confirmation of accommodation to proceed without student pass and visa. Can you please confirm conditions for rental : deposit ? Possibility to have 3 separated accounts to pay ? Do we have to deal directly with the owner ? Can you please help us in the selection and get the mail of people to contact to get information for the couple of flats selected ? Tks a lot, best regards
