Hi All Guru,
I have a house property which i have purchased one year ago and it's still under construction. However due to my work in overseas and for the future planning, i would like to transfer the house ownership to my sibling/s, so that i can have enough funds to buy property in overseas for long term stay.
1. May i know if it's possible to transfer the house ownership to my direct sibling/s when the house is still under construction?
2. Who shall i approach to if i would like to do so? Developer or Bank or Lawyer?
3. By doing so if there's fine to be imposed on me, how much would it cost approximately?
