Hi all. Hope you guys are well.
I have questions. I have a house loan under joint name, me and my brother but the house is not under my name. It is with his wife, they pay for the loan, not me. He is bankrupt now, the house will be auction in few month. Will i be declared bankrupt as well? I have one house and the loan under my name which i pay every month. What will happen to this house/loan?
