Hi All.. just a simple question here, If I engage a property agents to look for property on my behalf, how much is usually the fees for this kind of services.
currently I am looking to buy property in Penang (to stay) but it seem that there are too many listing and i am currently looking for possibilities to enggage a property agents to help me in locating the property.
Any pro or cons in doing this ??
