Hi. Am reetha. Currently am renting a hse for past 8 yrs. Recently The owner sold the house to someone else And its under the process with bank. Meanwhile , the owner still asking me to pay the amount eventhougth my 2 months advance pay with him. I still dont know wether the new owner want to continue the rent or Will stay for own. What shud i do?
