As a non bumi, I just found out from the developer the unit I was about to place deposit is a bumi unit
The agent told me it's a freehold unit so there should be no problem to proceed
My question is, if the land office approves the transfer what is the impact for me to sell in the future?
Do I need to get consent again to sell to a non bumi in the future?
Will I be able to follow the non bumi lot market price when I want to sell?
