Hi,

As everyone knows the MY Gov has lowered the minimum price threshold from RM1,000,000.00 to RM600,000.00 for foreigners who intend to purchase properties in PUTRAJAYA, Im interested in buying landed house in Putrajaya my questions are

1- 600k is for CONDOS & LANDED HOUSES or only Condos ? because i can not find any clause about this matter
