Hi, as I am a muslim convert and currently have plans to purchase a bumiputera property under my wife's name who is a bumiputera, so a few questions need some clarification :
a) Can the property be purchased under wife's name and property loan under 2 names as my wife is not working ?
b) If let's say anything unfortunate happened to my wife in future, since this is a bumi property, can the property be transferred to me after her demise ? Can this property be done through hibah to me ?
