Hi dear reader,
Is there a proper channel for me to report a neighbour who refuses to get the repair done?
Or better still, could you please advice where I can bring this matter to? I have alerted the owner above my unit about the leak issue and have reminded them a couple of times. But my efforts were to no avail.
A little help from this platform would be great.
