Hi everyone, I've applied a loan for a property but got rejected due to a legal credit card issue that happened from 2018 but since then I enrolled in AKPK and I cleared it since last Feb 2021. Because of that the bank that I applied which is the same bank rejected my loan, according to the banker my other stuffs are good just the legal thing that holding my loan back and needed 1 year to be able to apply again. So wanna ask are other banks will reject or subjected to only the bank that I had legal issue?
