Hi good day, I would like to ask according to the latest announcement of MOT stamp duty exemption
May I know for 1st home buyer is entitled for MOT exemption for property which is above MYR500k, service apartment under HDA? Is this categorised under residential since under HDA?
If not, is there any possible way to apply to convert or reduce the stamp duty amount? Thank you.
