hi guru good day,i am interested in buying a unit of one ampang avenue condo for investment,mainly due to its location and price approx 400k for 980 square feet which fall under my budget.but i couldn't find any info on the age of the said property,can please advise?between,any recommendation of similar unit?thanks & regards.
