Hi Guru,
My unit ceiling floor have water leakage, after report to condo MO, they sent technician for inspection and noticed that the water leakage is actually come from wall outside. It has been 2 months after the inspection, MO said they still can’t get someone to fix the issue because need to climb to outside of unit (My unit located at 11th floor) in order to patch. May I know how we can escalate this process? Anyway we can issue form28 to MO for the repair as the leaking is from common property into my unit?
