Hi. I am a new buyer, looking to purchase a new home. I am unsure about the payment of instalments. What is the process and when do i need to start payment of instalment? Is it when the project stars construction or only upon completion? And what is the definition of completion? Is it receiving of OC? Nxt question is if the project is abandoned by the developer, or fail to get OC, do i need to still pay my loan?
