Hi, I am foreigner and I have studio 318 sqft in Meridin Medini that I want to sell. However, it is one of the leaseback units leased to Ramada hotel. Is it possible to sell with the lease back agreement in place? The unit is fully paid in cash (no outstanding loan)
If anyone can help to sell, please let me know
