Hi, I am staying in a landed property. My neighbour water burst at the toilet and the water burst affected my unit wall (connected wall to his toilet) whereby my wall badly bubble up with water absorb over to my unit
This neighbour unit are rented out and the landlord are currently residing oversea. May I know how to resolve this?
