Hi, I bought a property a few years back through an agent. However, I have just found out that it is a Bumi lot and I have not been made aware during the purchasing process. Right now, during the strata title transfer process, I am required to pay the additional cost. Can I do anything to get the additional cost back from the previous owner or agent?
