Hi,
I come across project that can promote giving money for renovation as an option, and would like to know more on whether this "cash back" is legit and included in the S&P, or just marketing gimmick. If so, when exactly will the money transfer and what is the proper/step require if the developer does not deliver the cash back as what was originally propose?
