Hi, I have a 3-bedroom (1,598 square foot) condo in Mont Kiara in the Kiara 3 development. As the area around it is still under development, so there is not much interest at the moment, by the MRT is coming and other developments are on the way. Could you tell me, roughly, what you expect it will be worth per square foot in three years' time?
